warm up: lunges. 55lbs


4x of each exercise:

Goodmorning to squat. 55 lbs. 12 reps

kickbacks. 12 reps each leg

 

Romanian Deadlift (RDL). 55 lbs. 12 reps

Sumo Squat. 15 lb dumbbell. 12 reps

Lunges on bosu bal. 35 lbs. 10 reps each leg

Side lunges. 10 lb plate held at shoulder height. 10 reps each leg

 


20 minutes on the stairmaster
