Monday Workouts -Chest

Kept it short today. did some chest work with the trainer

pushups 3 sets of 15

decline iso chest press  70 lbs 3 sets of 10

cable fly 7.5 lb 3 sets of 10

fly 35 lb 3 sets of 10

chest press 35 lbs 3 sets of 10

decline chest press  20 lbs 3 sets of 10

planks 3 sets of 30 secs  –  (im getting better at these yay! i am much better at doing side planks, but my trainer insists on doing the regular ones, and before i would get to a point where my lower back would start to hurt and my body would do these little shakes just trying to hold me up. but i did those planks fairly easily. gotta get those abs muscles stronger)

 

then i did 18 mins on the stairs.
